Good morning,what a crisp morning with a dusting of snow!! I left my turkey giblets in at Deanes Deli yesterday. Looking forwards to chef Pete cooking them up on Friday. So we have neck, stomach pouch, heart, kidneys and liver. I must say I'm a bit nervous as I've never been a big fan of liver or kidneys!!!!! Pete its all in your capable hands,will see you Friday!!!
