Really easy tasty meal for 2.
Ingredients:
- 1 breast chicken
- 1 red pepper
- 3 mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Method:
- Slice chicken and veg
- Marinate chicken in 1 tsp sesame oil and 1 tbsp soy
- Marinate veg in rest of soy
- Heat wok with coconut oil
- Fry off chicken (5 min)
- Add veg, cook for 4 min and serve with boiled rice.....
