I attended the festivities this evening of the relaunch of the House Of Fraser store in Belfast. It is the fourth busiest store in the U.K. with approximately 1000 staff working full and part time in the run up to Christmas.
On arrival there was bubbly, cocktails or beers and entertainment from a live band with an emphasis on the Christmas Market.
The whole store has been given a face lift and it really is noticeable. Margaret from management has actually said that the floor space per concession has increased and it has become more profitable-which is great for HOF, Victoria Square and Belfast!
For nibbles there was a selection of cup cakes, sweets and delicious canapés consisting of prawns, salmon, bacon and quails eggs and veggie goats cheese and mozzarella to name but a few!!
I really think that the relaunch will be a roaring success and really boost Christmas in Belfast. Congrats HOF and thanx for the invite!!
