Eggselent lunch

Sorry bout the title!! Just made a fab 4 egg omelette using 4 eggs!!!! 2 finely diced pieces of potato bread, 1 cooked sausage from last night diced up, 6 pieces of finely chopped ham, all cooked in coconut oil!!! Yum yum!!
