The BFM was in the Continental Market at City Hall and got a chance to sample fantastic paella.
The recipes were the same as chefs mum. All the fish (prawn,squid and mussels) were bought from St Georges Mkt this morning, chicken is fresh and chorizo,rice and saffron comes from Spain. They are also serving meat balls. I could not decide which was best, so try both and decide yourself. This stand has been at the Market from the start.
