Lynas chicken and salmon

Evening all

I made a couple of tantalising dishes today using a frozen salmon piece and 2 chicken breasts from Lynas food outlet. The salmon I defrosted over night and marinated in a teaspoon of wet jerk rub from Turks and Caicos (a wee pressie from my sis and bro-in-law who went there on honeymoon!!). Care needed as its fiery hot-just like my sis haha!!

The chicken was defrosted yesterday and dry tandoori masala applied and left overnight. I then wrapped meat in foil and placed in oven at 200C for 20 mins. The salmon came out flaky pink and succulent- had it with rice for lunch. The chicken I made into chicken tikka saag and had at dinner with cauliflower paratha. Delicious!! Stuffed now, off for zzzzzzzz'ssssssss
