Great book

Hi all I've been reading a fascinating book called Swallow This: Serving Up The Food Industries Darkest Secrets by Joanna Blythman. What a real riveting read. It really does delve deep and blows the top off the food producers and manufacturers. I can't recommend it enough!!! The Daily Mail has been covering it also.
