There must have been some Guinness drank in Ireland (north and South) the UK, Down Under and worldwide. Along with a wee dram or two of the Irish Whiskey!!!!
For food I wonder did people opt for a Full Irish Breakfast/Ulster Fry of Irish pork sausage, bacon, black and white pudding, mushrooms, beans, eggs, soda bread and potato bread or some Irish Stew, the humble Boxty, or perhaps some fine roasted meats and champ or colcannon, mopped up by some fine wheaten bread with lashings of Irish butter. Alas we may never know, but I do hope you have been tempted to try our Irish fayre!!! The job is only half done!!!
