Best Poutine outside Quebec

I had the most amazing poutine at the Edible market at Granville Island. It consisted of fresh French fries with skins on, great soft cheesy curds, duck and its gravy topped by two sunny side up eggs. All served in a cast iron pan. A truly amazing meal and the best outside Quebec.
