Favourite Contemporary Indian Styled Restaurant in Belfast

The BFM/BTM mum,dad and sister went to Nu Delhi in Belfast- truly my favourite Contemporary Indian Styled Restaurant in Belfast.

We were treated like royalty and had some amazing food. For starters we had a platter of vegetarian and non vegetarian options which included samosas, pakoras and aloo tikki and non vegetarian being two types of fish pakoras, seek kebab and chicken tikka served with salad and a choice of 6 sauces!!! Also dahi bhalla to cool things down.

For mains there was a chicken dish and an on the bone lamb spicy dish (my favourite), as well as salad, cumin rice, naan and roti. For vegetarian selection there was daal makhani, aloo gobhi, palak paneer, malai kofta and bhindi bhaji. It really was a feast fit for a maharajahs table. We also had some delicious mango lassi to wash it all down.

For dessert it was gajar ka halwa, Rasmalai and gulab Jaman.

The staff are second to none, chef Sanj has been there from day one and does it all so well. I would thoroughly recommend to all food lovers, lovers!!!  and travellers!!!
